It is committed to providing customers with high-quality tyre products and comprehensive solutions. The group's business covers the procurement of rubber raw materials, tyre research and development, manufacturing, sales, as well as the production and trade of tyre accessories, forming a complete industrial ecosystem and enjoying significant competitiveness and reputation in the global rubber tyre industry.

The group's core businesses include tyre manufacturing, rubber import and sales, and production and processing of tyre auxiliary materials. The rubber import division leverages a global resource network to directly source natural and synthetic rubber, ensuring high-quality and stable raw material supply. The auxiliary materials segment focuses on the R&D and sales of compounding additives, effectively enhancing supply chain synergy. Jiangsu Changda Tyre Co., Ltd., located in Siyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, serves as the group's strategic production base. The facility spans over 1 million square meters and is built according to Industry 4.0 standards, featuring fully automated production lines for mixing, forming, and vulcanization. Through the implementation of MES management systems and IoT technology, the factory achieves real-time production monitoring and quality traceability. Currently, annual production capacity for truck and bus tyres has exceeded 2 million units, with products exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.

To further expand its production layout, the group is planning a new passenger car tyre factory with a designed annual capacity of 12 million units. The project is expected to commence construction in 2026 and begin production in 2027, further enhancing the group's supply capacity in the global market.

In quality management, the factory has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System certification, as well as global product certifications including China CCC, U.S. DOT, and European ECE. The group emphasizes R&D innovation and green manufacturing, implementing advanced technologies such as nitrogen vulcanization to significantly improve product durability, safety, and environmental performance.
